Update on the development of the West San Gabriel Valley Area Plan, which will incorporate amendments to the General Plan and Title 22 (Planning and Zoning) of the County Code, including areawide goals, policies, and implementation actions, and changes to land use, zoning, and development standards throughout the West San Gabriel Valley Planning Area. Communities in the West San Gabriel Valley Area Plan include Altadena, East Pasadena-East San Gabriel, Kinneloa Mesa, La Crescenta-Montrose, San Pasqual, South Monrovia Islands, South San Gabriel, South El Monte Island, and Whittier Narrows.
