Request to create one multi-family lot with four detached residential condominium units on 0.55 gross acres (24,156.89 gross square feet) within the R-A (Residential Agricultural-5,000 Sq. ft. Minimum Lot Size) Zone. The project includes a CSD Modification to modify requirements of the East Pasadena - East San Gabriel CSD.
