To authorize continued operation and maintenance of an existing mobilehome park with a total of 116 units (115 existing units and one proposed unit), and remediation of an existing slope within a Hillside Management Area (“Project”), in the R-3 (Limited Density Multiple Residence) and within Castaic Area Community Standards District. This project is categorically exempt (Class 1 – Existing Facilities, Class 3 – New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures, and Class 4 – Minor Alterations to Land) pursuant to CEQA reporting requirements.
