The project site is currently vacant. Lot Nos. 1 through 3 are configured as flag lots, will share a private driveway and require a reciprocal access easement. The proposed project grading total of 2,770 cubic yards (“cy”), comprising 35 cy of cut, 925 cy of fill, 890 cy of import, and a combined 920 cy of overexcavation and backfill. The project qualifies for streamlined environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15183 (Projects Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan, or Zoning).
