GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Applicant proposes the construction of an 18-foot-tall single-family residence, as well as a new onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) with seepage pits, an attached two-car carport, retaining walls, and hardscaping on a 4.03-acre property. The proposed single-family residence would have a floor area of 3,498 square feet on a building site of 6,433 square feet. A total of 684 cubic yards of grading is proposed, all to be cut and exported.
