To authorize the construction of five new manholes along an existing 24-inch outfall pipeline, which spans approximately 2,250 linear feet from the Tapia Water Reclamation Facility to Malibu Creek, in the IT (Institutional) and O-S-P (Open Space Park) Zones in the Santa Monica Mountains Coastal Zone.
An MND was previously certified by the Las Virgenes Municipal District with a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program pursuant to CEQA reporting requirements.
