To authorize the retroactive grading of 17,908 cubic yards (9,900 cubic yards of cut and 8,000 cubic yards of fill) for the construction of an access driveway, drainage improvements, and retaining walls and the proposed restoration of a previously disturbed area within a rural Hillside Management Area, in the A-2-2 (Heavy Agricultural - Two Acre Minimum Required Lot Area) Zone . This project is categorically exempt (Class 4 – Minor Alterations to Land and Class 33 – Small Habitat Restoration Projects) pursuant to CEQA reporting requirements.
