Amendments to Title 22 (Planning and Zoning) of the Los Angeles County Code to authorize Short Term Rentals (STR) as an accessory use in residential dwellings in accordance with Division 3 (Short-Term Rentals Registration) of Title 7 (Business Licenses) of the County Code as directed by the County Board of Supervisors. Does not apply to the Coastal Zone.
CEQA Determination: Not a project under CEQA per section 21065 of the Public Resources Code and section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines and the County's Environmental Document Reporting Procedures and Guidelines; exempt pursuant to section 15061(b)(3) and 15301 (Class 1 Categorical Exemption – Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines.
