Project Applicant: Altadena Library District
600 E. Mariposa Street, Altadena, CA 91001. To authorize additions, improvements, and renovation of an existing public library building in the R-1-10,000 (Single Family Residential- 10,000 square foot minimum lot size) zone. These proposed improvements will result in encroachment into the protected zone of two non-heritage-sized oak trees. Library operations will remain similar to existing conditions
