Mariposa Street, Altadena, CA 91001. This is a CUP for the addition to and renovation of an existing library building in the R-1-10000 (Single Family Residential- 10,000 square foot minimum lot size) zone. Public Review Period: December 17, 2024 to January 21, 2025, Notice is hereby given that the Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning (“LA County Planning”) has determined that an Environmental Impact Report (“EIR”) should be prepared for this proposed project and that Los Angeles County (“County”) will be the Lead Agency responsible for the EIR preparation.
