To authorize the continued use of an existing drive-through restaurant and expansion from one lane to two lanes and a modification of the hours of operation is requested to maintain the existing operating hours from 6:00 am to 5:00 am instead of the required hours of 6:00 am to 12:00 am. per the Altadena Community Standards District.
b. Minor Parking Deviation No. RPPL2023004570
The added drive-through lane will reduce the number of parking spaces provided on-site from 24 to 17. A minimum of 21 spaces is required per County Code. A request for the reduction of four parking spaces.
c. The project is categorically exempt Class 1-Existing Facilities and Class 5-Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations pursuant to CEQA reporting requirements.
