To consider Multifamily Residential Parking Ordinance, a countywide ordinance to amend Title 22 of the Los Angeles County Code to modify the County’s parking requirements and development standards for multifamily housing, including the following: 1) updates for consistency with State law; 2) establish minor local policies, such as: a) removing separation of residential and commercial parking spaces in commercial zones, mixed use zones and in mixed use developments; b) modifying ownership requirements for parking spaces; c) removing covered parking requirements; d) streamline compact parking allowances; e) modify requirements for on-site parking to permit off-site parking; and f) modifying dimensions for parking spaces, parallel parking spaces, and driveways; and 3) establish major local policies, such as: a)...
