Commercial Cannabis Zoning Ordinance
a. Advance Planning Case No. RPPL2024001191
To amend Title 22 (Planning and Zoning) of the Los Angeles County Code to permit commercial cannabis uses in certain zones. The amendments to Title 22 are one of two components of the Commercial Cannabis License Program, which also includes amendments to Title 8 (Consumer Protection, Business, and Wage Regulations). Together, amendments to both Titles 8 and 22 propose to establish a regulatory framework for commercial cannabis businesses in unincorporated Los Angeles County.
